• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role within a SaaS environment. • Proven expertise in Salesforce administration and management. • Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with marketing platforms like HubSpot. • Strong proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations. • Proficiency with workflow automation tools like Zapier, Tray.io, or Integromat. • Familiarity with SaaS revenue metrics, forecasting, and building dashboards for executive and board-level reporting. • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration. • Advanced certification in Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder). • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment, adapting quickly to changing needs. • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and experience ensuring compliance in revenue operations processes. • Familiarity with Python, SQL, or other programming languages for advanced data manipulation and analysis.
