• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field • 7 + years’ experience in an HR role; full life cycle recruiting experience required, must be able to source talent; screen candidates • Comprehensive knowledge of HR legal aspects; recruiting techniques • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to successfully interact with people at all levels of the organization • Detail oriented, highly organized • Experience with job boards, applicant tracking systems and HRIS systems • Experience with Workday preferred • Experience with Microsoft Office suite • Financial Services experience strongly preferred
