β€’ Lead and oversee all creative initiatives, ensuring high-quality execution across digital, social, print, video, and website design. β€’ Develop and implement brand guidelines and creative strategies that align with company goals. β€’ Manage and mentor a team of creatives, fostering a hands-on, collaborative, and high-performance culture. β€’ Provide strategic direction in developing a high-volume customer website design service while ensuring brand consistency, quality, and alignment with overall business objectives. β€’ Work closely with marketing and product teams to create engaging campaigns and content that drive brand awareness and conversions. β€’ Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and AI advancements to enhance creative workflows. β€’ Ensure that all creative work aligns with business objectives, target audience needs, and industry best practices. β€’ Manage creative budgets, allocate resources effectively, and oversee timelines to ensure timely delivery of projects. β€’ Present creative concepts to leadership and key stakeholders, gathering feedback and refining strategies accordingly.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position. β€’ Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital and print design, and multimedia campaigns. β€’ Proven track record driving engagement, increasing conversions and boosting revenue through iterative design and testing. β€’ Experience managing an internal creative team, preferably including designers, videographers, and web developers. β€’ Proven ability to manage large-scale creative initiatives and high-volume design workflows. β€’ Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other creative tools. β€’ Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices in website design. β€’ Ability to juggle multiple projects, shifting priorities, and high-volume creative workflows. β€’ Experience working with AI-driven automation and design tools such as Adobe Firefly, DALL-E 3, Runway ML, Jasper Art, and Designify. β€’ Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. β€’ Ability to balance creative vision with business objectives and data-driven insights.
