Description

• We are looking for a highly motivated Account Executive for our Commercial Insurance team to grow and support Wells Insurance in the greater Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area. • Our Account Executive retains current clients and develops future Commercial Insurance clients by: Working with prospective clients to assess their Commercial Insurance needs Developing accounts and cross selling products and services Working with carriers to ensure that prospective clients receive favorable quotes Collaborate with account managers and the marketing team to complete proposals and selection of potential markets Developing and delivering formal proposals of insurance program Growing and maintaining relationships

Requirements

• Valid North Carolina Property & Casualty insurance license • Five years of experience in Commercial Insurance sales • Experience with Risk Management to include: MOD promulgations, developing loss analysis, loss control reviews, etc. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team – including account managers, carriers and claims adjusters • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word & Outlook • Strong problem-solving skills • Acceptable results of pre-employment background screening
