Description
• Conducting quality assurance documentation reviews of assigned records. • Maintaining proficiency/knowledge of OASIS data set items, home care reimbursement and compliance as related to OASIS regulations and requirements. • Identifying and communicating concerns, trends, ideas and possible solutions to improve processes/procedures. • Proactively identifying and assisting with client concerns.
Requirements
• 2-4 years of related work experience • Coding Credentials (HCS-D or equivalent) • OASIS Credential (COS-C or equivalent)
