β€’ Provide support to team members for day-to-day management of their clients, tasks, and questions β€’ Provide ongoing training of products, services, portal, etc. β€’ Provide support on client calls, renewals, roll outs, etc., as needed β€’ Provide support for implementation/lead implementation of new clients in conjunction with the Implementation Specialists β€’ Conduct weekly check-in meetings with team members to ensure all deadlines are being met and training and support is being provided β€’ Assist team members in problem solving and resolving client issues β€’ Write and administer annual performance reviews and make suggestions for merit increases, if applicable β€’ Oversee and support team's client book of business β€’ Strategize with the Director of Account Management and other leaders of the department to plan long-term goals and initiatives β€’ Assist with the review of marketing materials and wellness portals β€’ Develop and communicate procedures β€’ Uphold company policies as it relates to employment for employees β€’ Manage and maintain personal book of business β€’ Assist in training new Wellness Account Managers β€’ Communicate new products and portal changes to team β€’ Collaborate with Account Management peers on various different projects and initiatives β€’ Effectively work alongside other department heads as it pertains to various projects that will assist their team

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years related account management experience, preferred β€’ Demonstrated leadership qualities, ability to lead by example β€’ Forward and critical thinking skills β€’ Exceptional problem-solving skills β€’ Able to motivate and direct team members β€’ Able to delegate tasks and monitor performance of team members β€’ Excellent oral and written communication skills β€’ Excellent organizational skills β€’ Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously, sometimes under tight deadlines β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook β€’ Ability to travel as needed
