• The Senior Account Director at Welo Data will be the primary leader responsible for managing and growing a flagship global client relationship. • This role focuses on developing and executing a tailored account strategy that drives growth, strengthens client loyalty, and positions Welo Data as a trusted, strategic partner. • The Senior Account Director will ensure that the client’s objectives are prioritized and met through a combination of strong relationship management, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration. • Create and implement a comprehensive, long-term strategic account plan that aligns with the client’s goals and industry challenges, focusing on sustainable growth and value creation. • Conduct ongoing research into market trends, competitive activities, and the client’s industry to inform strategic decisions and adapt account plans as needed. • Act as the primary relationship manager for the client’s senior leadership team, fostering strong connections that promote trust and strategic alignment at the executive level. • Represent the client’s needs and objectives within Welo Data, ensuring that their strategic goals are met with high levels of responsiveness and quality service. • Identify new business opportunities and service extensions within the account, collaborating with internal teams to tailor offerings that meet the client’s evolving needs. • Lead efforts to integrate cross-functional solutions, ensuring the client receives a seamless and comprehensive suite of services that drives value and enhances the partnership. • Manage the sales pipeline within the client account, from opportunity identification to closing, maintaining visibility into all stages to ensure consistent progress and success. • Develop and track performance against a rolling forecast, working with senior leaders to ensure targets are met or exceeded. • Partner with business development, operations, and product teams to align strategies and optimize support for the client’s account needs. • Provide leadership to account management staff involved with the client account, fostering a culture of client-centricity and high standards. • Oversee the negotiation and management of key contracts (MSAs, SOWs), ensuring that agreements are accurate up-to-date, centrally stored, and that renewal timelines are proactively managed. • Collaborate with the finance team to manage customer financials, ensuring profitability and adherence to budgetary constraints. • Establish key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of account strategies and relationship management efforts. • Prepare and present regular updates to the executive team on account performance, strategic initiatives, and areas for improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. • 10+ years of experience in strategic account management, business development, team leadership, Solutions or related fields, with a proven track record in executive-level client engagement and revenue growth. • 5+ years’ experience in AI Data and related fields. • Strong leadership, relationship management, and strategic thinking abilities; excellent communication skills for synthesizing and presenting complex information effectively. • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering client solutions, ensuring alignment across departments and driving a cohesive client experience. • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to leverage insights for decision-making and to refine account strategies.
