β€’ Plan, implement, and guide sales strategies for Westlake Royal Stone Products β€’ Provide effective coaching, development, and leadership to regional sales teams β€’ Assist in exceeding service expectations from key customers such as masons and builders β€’ Manage region and territories to grow revenue and profitability β€’ Collaborate in establishing customer solicitation and promotion programs β€’ Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience β€’ Minimum of 5 years' experience in a functional sales role, previous management experience a plus β€’ Ability to form and develop high performance teams. β€’ Strong organization, communication and computer skills (MS office suite, specifically excel) β€’ Proven strategic, analytical and critical thinking β€’ Ability to manage several projects simultaneously β€’ Effective and persuasive speaking and presentation skills β€’ Ability to work with high level executives as well as support personnel β€’ Demonstrated record of success in sales through achievements and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment β€’ Fosters strong relationships with individuals and teams alike and ensures that all reach their full potential while, importantly, influencing and achieving organizational goals. β€’ Shares his/her knowledge and experience to help the team make key business decisions. β€’ Gives the team reason to trust them as a leader with strong ability to inspire, influence and motivate. β€’ Ability to provide direction, support and coaching to others. β€’ Proven experience in building effective teams. β€’ Create a climate where people want to do their best.
