Description

• Leads sales efforts for the designated oil brand portfolio • Effectively manages a team of field-based Regional Sales Managers • Creates a desirable and results-oriented team environment • Analyzes trends and performance to provide insights • Participates in strategic planning process

Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience • 7-10 years of sales experience • High School Diploma or equivalent • Proficient in Office, G-Suite and Salesforce • 5+ years of management experience (preferred) • Demonstrated knowledge of B2B sales experience (preferred) • Associates (2 year) degree or Bachelor's (4 year) degree (preferred) • Client relationship management experience (preferred)
