Description

• We are seeking a dedicated Partner Development Manager to join our dynamic WEX Benefits Sales Solutions team. • Play a crucial part in maximizing revenue potential by collaborating with various teams. • Focus on providing through-channel support in the form of sales enablement consultation, pre-sales support, and go-to-market strategies. • Understand business challenges and coordinate with teams to design and deliver sales tools. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to refine and enhance demo solutions. • Attend trade shows and present content or perform product demonstrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent education and experience in training and customer-facing/consulting experience in the benefits industry • Comprehensive understanding of benefit administration sales process • Comprehensive understanding of spending account administration, and WEX Benefits products and services • Highly developed communication skills, especially the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences • Experience in delivering presentations to small and large audiences • Ability to build relationships and take responsibility for internal as well as external customer satisfaction and loyalty
