• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the assigned portfolio of accounts. • Drive sustainable revenue and profit growth by developing and implementing a comprehensive plan. • Achieve and exceed annual sales volume and gross profit for the assigned region. • Develop, refine, and execute a strategic plan for market analysis and customer relationship management. • Maintain customer relationships through visits and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in the aviation/aerospace industry, preferably in sales, business development, or operations. • B2B sales experience within the aviation industry. • Knowledgeable in commercial, military, and specialty flight operations and aircraft. • Proven ability to develop and maintain trusting relationships with customers, colleagues, and external strategic partnerships. • Successful track record achieving and exceeding goals. • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects.
