📋 Description
• Call Center Lead Generator - MUST LIVE IN INDIANA • Renewal by Andersen windows is the custom division of Andersen® windows. • Integral role within Inside Sales team for handling homeowner calls. • Dial out to up to 30 homeowners an hour in heavy inbound call flow. • Document and track all set appointments accurately to ensure adherence to company standards. • Managing high volume of inbound and outbound calls while multitasking through various systems.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of Sales experience • Bilingual is a plus • High School diploma or equivalent • Sales mindset and metrics driven • Ability to work varying shifts, including some evenings and weekends • Must live in Indiana to be considered for this position • Our 3 week, paid training will take place fully remote
