β€’ Manage high-profile strategic accounts β€’ Drive significant revenue growth β€’ Build and sustain long-term client relationships β€’ Identify and secure new business opportunities β€’ Develop comprehensive proposals and strategic sales plans β€’ Oversee coordination between clients and internal teams β€’ Monitor and address client satisfaction and service improvements β€’ Analyze complex client data to inform sales strategies β€’ Lead discussions in sales meetings β€’ Resolve client issues with minimal supervision β€’ Strategize and drive lead generation and marketing campaigns β€’ Negotiate high-impact product/service terms

Requirements

β€’ BS/BA degree in a business-related field or min. 7 years relevant sales experience β€’ 6 or more years of direct, B2B field sales experience with Enterprise SaaS/Software solutions β€’ Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales quotas and goals β€’ Proficiency with consultative sales approach and effective needs assessment β€’ Understanding of selling complex products/services to key stakeholders β€’ Experience in multi-division organization with various sales channels β€’ Proficiency with Salesforce.com or comparable CRM applications β€’ Formal sales training (e.g., Holden, Complex Sale, Solutions Selling)
