• As a Business Development Representative (BDR) you will be responsible for initiating the first touchpoint with potential clients, actively driving outbound lead generation and building a high-quality pipeline for the sales team. • You’ll work closely with Sales Campaign Managers to refine target lists and identify leads, using strategic outreach to engage decision-makers. • Your role will involve prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for Account Executives to convert prospects into long-term clients. • We value work-life balance, so please only apply if you're based within 2 hours of the Central European Timezone.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in a similar BDR, SDR, or sales role, preferably within B2B SaaS or HR tech. • Sales Skills: Proven track record of successful outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management. • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage C-level and senior decision-makers. • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools. • Language: Proficiency in German and English is required. • Self-Motivation: Strong drive to meet and exceed targets, with a proactive and resilient attitude toward daily prospecting and outreach.
