•As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at WorkMotion, you will play a key role in generating and qualifying leads for our sales pipeline, ensuring that WorkMotion’s innovative EoR solutions reach the right prospects. •You’ll conduct outbound prospecting, initiate conversations with potential clients, and set up qualified meetings for Account Executives. •Working closely with Sales Campaign Managers, you’ll help refine target lists and drive effective outreach to key decision-makers. •We value work-life balance, so please only apply if you're based within 2 hours of the Central European Timezone.
•Experience: 1+ years in a similar BDR, SDR, or sales role, ideally in B2B SaaS or HR tech. •Sales Skills: Proven success in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and qualification. •Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior decision-makers effectively. •CRM Proficiency: Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems. •Language: Full working proficiency in English. •Motivation & Resilience: Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to prospecting and outreach.
