β€’ Workrise is hiring an Account Executive II to lead Source-To-Pay efforts. β€’ Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals. β€’ Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape. β€’ Engage in consultative selling to understand client needs. β€’ Lead high-level negotiations, structure complex deals. β€’ Build and maintain strong customer relationships for expansion opportunities.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in enterprise or O&G software sales β€’ 3-5 years selling into the oil and gas industry β€’ 5+ years of experience in an Account Executive, customer-facing role β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field β€’ Understanding of technology / SaaS / commission monetization strategies and documents β€’ Deep understanding of the oil and gas industry β€’ Proven track record of selling high-value solutions, with deal sizes typically ranging from $500K to $5M+ β€’ Previous experience with CRM β€’ Ability to succeed in a remote work environment without supervision β€’ Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets β€’ Ability to establish strong relationships and maintain long-term client partnerships
