β’ An active Property & Casualty license β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with diverse audiences β’ Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a natural ability to close deals β’ Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets β’ Ability to meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis by employing persuasive sales techniques and actively seeking new business opportunities β’ Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines β’ Proficiency in using CRM software and other tools/software
