Description

• Kin is in hyper-growth mode, looking for a highly organized, growth-minded Recruiter for high-volume roles to grow the company. • Partner with hiring managers to build teams and advise on hiring strategies. • Manage full cycle recruitment, employing creative sourcing approaches to attract talent. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and develop role-specific strategies. • Build fair, high-quality hiring processes. • Develop candidate sourcing strategies to build a proactive pipeline. • Drive the offer process including pre-closing, negotiation, and generating offer letters. • Assist with branding efforts and recruitment-specific projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience of full lifecycle recruiting experience within high-growth or agency environments, preferably both • Proven experience sourcing, engaging and activating passive candidates • Excellent communication skills, demonstrated by the ability to toggle between technical and functional terminology across all levels of stakeholders and candidates • Experience working consultatively with hiring managers and stakeholders – balancing high-level service and delivery • Deep understanding of a successful high-touch experience with candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers to ensure a positive experience • Ability to prioritize many tasks in a tight timeframe with attention to detail and excellent follow-through in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative • Capacity to quickly learn and use applicant-tracking software or other recruitment and HRIS systems • Last but certainly not least, high EQ and empathy.
