β’ Become a key player on our fast-paced AdTech team as an AdTech Support Specialist! β’ Manage tier 2 customer support requests and configure ad servers. β’ Use SQL and data analysis tools for insights delivery.
β’ 2+ years experience in ad operations or technical support within the digital advertising ecosystem, preferably in a programmatic environment. β’ Hands-on experience with ad servers and troubleshooting VAST, SCTE-35, and RTB protocols. β’ Familiarity with SSP and DSP platforms and their technical workflows. β’ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. β’ Ability to perform SQL queries or basic scripting for data analysis or troubleshooting is a plus. β’ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. β’ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
