Description

• Become a key player on our fast-paced AdTech team as an AdTech Support Specialist! • Manage tier 2 customer support requests and configure ad servers. • Use SQL and data analysis tools for insights delivery.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in ad operations or technical support within the digital advertising ecosystem, preferably in a programmatic environment. • Hands-on experience with ad servers and troubleshooting VAST, SCTE-35, and RTB protocols. • Familiarity with SSP and DSP platforms and their technical workflows. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to perform SQL queries or basic scripting for data analysis or troubleshooting is a plus. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
