β€’ Become a key player on our fast-paced AdTech team as an AdTech Support Specialist! β€’ Manage tier 2 customer support requests and configure ad servers. β€’ Use SQL and data analysis tools for insights delivery.

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years experience in ad operations or technical support within the digital advertising ecosystem, preferably in a programmatic environment. β€’ Hands-on experience with ad servers and troubleshooting VAST, SCTE-35, and RTB protocols. β€’ Familiarity with SSP and DSP platforms and their technical workflows. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. β€’ Ability to perform SQL queries or basic scripting for data analysis or troubleshooting is a plus. β€’ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. β€’ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
