🧑‍💼 Account Executive
•Develop and manage new client partnerships to drive sales and revenue growth. •Leverage an extensive, current network of industry contacts to drive new business opportunities. •Identify new partnership opportunities and develop strategies to maximize revenue growth. •Drive revenue for X Games through partnership sales of all X Games content and events. •Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and client categories. •Deliver compelling sales presentations emphasizing the value proposition of X Games products and services. •Negotiate contract terms and establish agreements with new clients. •Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and contractual delivery. •Track and analyze CRM deal flow, providing reports and insights to management. •Manage client relationships on-site at major events for execution and fulfillment.
•Minimum of 5-7+ years of direct sales experience, preferably within multimedia, sports and entertainment, or related industries. •Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. •Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work collaboratively and inspire teams. •Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. •Strong relationship building, negotiation, and presentation skills. •Passion for action sports and related cultural touch points. •Proficient in Microsoft, Google and CRM software suite applications. •Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
