Description

• Join our Mariana Tek division as an Account Executive to make a real impact every day. • You’ll help us scale our client base while owning the entire sales process from lead generation through contract close. • This is an exciting opportunity for someone who excels in creating connections, building rapport with decision-makers, and exceeding quotas. • You will provide product demonstrations to high level clients on Business Management Solutions. • Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, monitoring market conditions, and maintaining a database of contact information.

Requirements

• 4+ years of direct Software Sales Experience • 3+ years of industry experience a nice to have • Experience selling Business Management and/or other solution based offerings requiring deep discovery and executive alignment • Ability to manage high velocity and high complexity deals in an Mid Market business environment • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, presentations skills, Power point and software demonstrations. • Proven ability to effectively Generate leads, nurture and convert new business • Proven success optimizing conversion of Marketing generated opportunities • You have a consistent track record of identifying customer needs and successfully positioning solutions with executive alignment. • Demonstrable history of above-target performance, especially in a startup environment. • Proven ability to lead an effective sales process and close new business. • Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends. • The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process. • Strong time management skills. • Competitive, and goal-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced working environment and a team player
