Description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within target industries. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their fire protection needs. • Conduct sales presentations and create tailored proposals. • Act as a trusted advisor on fire safety regulations and practices. • Stay up to date on fire protection products and services. • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets. • Prepare and negotiate service agreements. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. • Work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure service delivery. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities on CRM.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within fire protection services, safety equipment, or a related field. • Knowledge of fire protection systems (Fire Protection Inspections, fire alarms, suppression systems, sprinklers, etc.) and relevant fire safety regulations is a plus. • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
