β€’ Kartera is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our sales team. β€’ The role involves driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and fostering relationships with existing ones. β€’ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets. β€’ Identify and qualify new business opportunities, conducting needs assessments. β€’ Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, providing exceptional customer service. β€’ Collaborate with the sales development team to generate leads and uncover new opportunities. β€’ Prepare and present compelling sales proposals to clients. β€’ Negotiate contract terms, ensuring timely execution.

Requirements

β€’ Proven track record of success in a sales or account management role, preferably within the technology or financial industry, with a strong understanding of open banking, payment solutions, and customer rewards programs. β€’ Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a history of consistently achieving or surpassing quotas. β€’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients at all levels of an organization. β€’ Strong negotiation and closing skills, coupled with a strategic mindset and the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth. β€’ Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business success and delivering exceptional customer experiences. β€’ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
