β’ Be a PJ ambassador and GROW Residential business in the territory of West Chester County β’ Exceed weekly/monthly HPA and sales goals. β’ Manage sales through existing Phillip Jeffries clients. β’ Increase clientele base by actively seeking out new business. β’ Create and close sales; follow up on all client and project leads and turn quotes into orders. β’ Interact with support staff in determining territory needs and to keep a pulse on the order pipeline. β’ Schedule product presentations for both new collections as well as existing product. β’ Provide sample and book tools to clients. β’ Update and maintain PJ presence in client libraries. β’ Create weekly call reports. β’ Generate monthly synopsis of territory β’ Provide account updates for direct marketing programs. β’ Be a CRM expert; communicate client reaction and needs, and keep account information up to date. β’ Utilize social media to create leads and grow relationships with clients. β’ Get involved in industry events, specifically networking opportunities within architectural/interior design community. β’ Represent and sell Phillip Jeffries at local industry trade events and possibly regional trade shows.
β’ Candidate must live in West Chester County, NY territory β’ Must have 4+ years Sales and/or Interior Design experience β’ BA degree preferred β’ Upbeat, energetic, can-do attitude β’ Ability to work from a home office β’ Reliable transportation with space for sales material β’ Social Media savvy β’ Leadership β’ Team player β’ Organization β’ Strong analytical skills β’ Excellent customer service β’ Track record for providing fast response times β’ Customer-centric mentality β’ Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal β’ Proficient in MS Office β’ Ability to travel outside of territory (tradeshows, events at headquarters, etc.) β’ Well versed with ERP/CRM systems
