Description

• The Digital Marketing Manager will develop and execute a strategy to accelerate targeted engagement, sales pipeline, and revenue growth throughout the Sales funnel. • Create successful, innovative and measurable digital and email marketing activity designed to increase pipeline and revenue. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand-generation efforts with sales objectives and marketing campaigns. • Develop and execute demand generation and ABM campaigns via strategic segmentation and targeting, driving engagement, promoting XTM solutions, and driving pipeline growth. • Design, build, and automate email marketing nurture campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle, including evergreen ‘always on’ activity. • Achieve marketing-generated pipeline and revenue targets. • Establish demand generation and brand equity KPIs to measure performance, impact and effectiveness. • Manage the ROI of the digital element of the marketing budget, including CPL and CPA, through Google Data Studio and Hubspot CRM. • Monitor efficiency and key conversion metrics for owned and paid tactics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. • Analyze website performance metrics and user behaviour to identify opportunities for conversion rate improvements. • Apply an experimentation mindset to marketing programs to drive, test, learn, and optimize conversion. • Employ A/B testing and other experimentation strategies across digital marketing channels including landing pages, forms, and other CTA. • Lead data analytics for all online channels and platforms, provide regular reporting and deliver findings to identified stakeholders. • Lead the relationship with digital agencies to develop and implement a comprehensive SEO and PPC digital strategy and maximize ROI.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Proven experience (5+ years) in demand generation, B2B marketing, or related fields. • Proficiency in managing paid digital marketing campaigns to reach business goals. • Success collaborating with others on digital marketing campaigns. • Proven ability to establish targets and manage budgets. • Strong understanding of SEO strategies and web analytics tools. • Experience with webinars, content strategy, and email marketing. • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively at all levels. • Experience with marketing automation and Hubspot CRM systems, including sending emails. • Experience with ABM tools and 6sense is a plus. • Competency in using Office 365, Excel, Access and Word. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
