• Manage Northeast, multi-state territory and hunt new business. • Cooperate as a team player, very competitive, and highly organized. • Continually develop and work with customers to improve efficiency. • Responsible for lead generation and managing the sales cycle. • Facilitate face-to-face meetings and close deals. • Handle Salesforce database accurately and forecast business activity. • Consult clients on workspace needs and resolve their challenges. • Liaise with the Design Department for client engagement.
• Willingness to follow our processes and selling style, regardless of your history. • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or commensurate industry experience is highly preferred. • A high school diploma or GED is required. • Experience utilizing CRM systems, developing metrics and dashboards, and guiding sales process through the use of CRM tools and methods. • High proficiency in Salesforce desired. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to negotiate complex sales and pricing agreements. • Must have a current US passport, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of automobile insurance. • At least 1 years outside sales experience in business-to-business is preferred and/or willingness to be taught our process.
