• Sells products, services, and solutions to customers • Act as point of contact post-sale • Focus on ongoing customer satisfaction and retention • Maintain relationships with accounts • Visit customer sites within assigned territory • Engage with customers in various mediums to close sales • Respond to client inquiries • Make recommendations on appropriate products and solutions • Advance opportunities through sales stages in CRM • Execute sales strategy and generate sales reports

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field with at least 2 + years' experience or equivalent work experience • Proven experience in business development or a similar analytical role • Strong proficiency in CRM and business management software • Excellent time management skills • Customer Service Oriented • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities • A track record of identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities
