• Youth Dynamics vision is to see youth transformed by the power of Christ. • Support community ministry expansion and area director recruitment. • Provide leadership for strategic growth and planning in the region. • Manage area directors to meet goals and provide training and support. • Raise 100% of salary and necessary ministry expenses through fundraising.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) • Active and growing relationships with Christ and willingness to sign Youth Dynamics Statement of Faith. • Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously with people from varied cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds. • A passion for reaching youth. • Minimum of five years of youth ministry experience (preferred). • Minimum of five years of management experience (preferred). • Have a teachable spirit.
