β€’ Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets within the assigned region. β€’ Identify and prioritize key accounts, industries, and market segments for business development. β€’ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations. β€’ Understand client needs and align our products/services to address those needs effectively. β€’ Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations to demonstrate the value of our products/services. β€’ Tailor presentations to the unique requirements of each client and effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions. β€’ Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a robust and healthy sales pipeline. β€’ Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reporting, and updates to the leadership team. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. β€’ Work closely with peers and management to share insights, best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience as a successful Account Executive or in a similar sales role. β€’ Strong understanding of the [industry/sector] and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles. β€’ Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. β€’ Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. β€’ Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed. β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
