Requirements

• Proficiency in HubSpot, with extensive experience building workflows, sequences, automations, and custom reporting. • Background in Client Success operations, with a solid understanding of Client Success metrics and drivers of customer health. • Experience in sales operations, with the ability to support Sales teams. • Strong analytical skills, particularly with HubSpot reporting, to generate insights for both Client Success and Sales teams. • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build positive relationships across departments. • Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
