Description

•Work with payors to promote awareness among their members of massage as a covered benefit •Organize and lead webinars and other outreach to patient health advocates •Lead execution on member marketing campaigns •Attend conferences and other in-person events •Develop relationships and sign contracts with new plans and payors

Requirements

•Previous experience working on sales and marketing initiatives with health insurance plans is a major plus •Knowledge of Medicare Advantage plans and particularly physical therapy and MSK coverage is a major plus •Excellent verbal and non-AI written communication •Excellent judgment, tenacity, proactivity, and organization •Empathy, humor, and an interest in cooperation and building a better medical system
