Description

• Own a portfolio of Enterprise customers as their single point of contact • Help customers achieve their strategic goals • Become a product expert on the Ultimate platform • Engage in customer onboarding by defining objectives and minimizing time-to-value • Build strong customer relationships with Success Plans • Stay updated on new features • Provide regular reporting and develop strategies • Build business cases and lead quarterly value workshops • Uncover expansion opportunities and work closely with Account Executives • Know customers’ contracts and changes necessary

Requirements

• Experience in managing Enterprise customers • Experience working in SAAS • 3-5 years experience in managing Enterprise customers (preferred) • Familiarity with Zendesk CRM Tech Stack • Salesforce CRM • Ticket management, ideally in Jira • Slack • G-Suite
