Requirements

β€’ Experience in managing Enterprise customers β€’ Experience working in SAAS β€’ 3-5 years experience in managing Enterprise customers (preferred) β€’ Familiarity with Zendesk CRM Tech Stack (preferred) β€’ Salesforce CRM (preferred) β€’ Ticket management, ideally in Jira (preferred) β€’ Slack (preferred) β€’ G-Suite (preferred)
