β€’ Responsible for driving adoption among startups by building strategic partnerships β€’ Focus on customer acquisition results in the region β€’ Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support from cross-functional Startups team β€’ Evangelize partners, drive applications, connect startups to sales organization β€’ Execute events and strengthen relationships with partners β€’ Help define growth strategy for the Startups team in the region

Requirements

β€’ Currently residing in New York City β€’ 5+ years of relevant experience β€’ A passion for technology, startups, and supporting other businesses as they grow β€’ Immersed in the regional startup ecosystem with an understanding of key players and emerging trends within the region β€’ Deep experience in a customer or partner-facing role, with a track record of top performance β€’ Demonstrated analytical skills, particularly the ability to measure program impact/success β€’ A proactive and highly independent self-starter who works well in a high-growth environment where things change quickly β€’ Superior verbal and written communication skills β€’ Experience explaining business concepts and giving presentations β€’ Nice to haves: Subject matter expertise managing customer support and/or sales teams β€’ Experience implementing and configuring Zendesk β€’ Experience as a founder, at an accelerator or venture capital firm β€’ Experience with Airtable and Salesforce
