• Are you energized by connecting and engaging with sales prospects? • Are you self-motivated and eager to help companies solve problems through technology? • This is an exciting role for an individual who is early in their sales career and hungry to learn and grow in fast-paced, collaborative environment. • As a first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and working leads through the top of the sales funnel. • You will collaborate closely with marketing to nurture inbound leads, leverage the latest tools and techniques for outbound prospecting and help develop qualified leads into opportunities. • Excellent candidates have strong communication skills and excel at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up closers for success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or at least 3 years of relevant work experience. • Track record of exceeding lead targets. • Very strong communication skills via phone and email. • Strong desire and ability to move up within the sales organization. • Strong prospecting skills into ICP accounts and experience interacting with executive-level buyers. • Active listener and quick builder of product knowledge. • Excellent time management. • Proficiency with Salesforce and Salesloft preferable.
