• We are looking for a Technical Sales Specialist to drive the growth of our UK Agricultural Crop Packaging business across the UK. • The successful candidate will be responsible for selling crop packaging products—including silage sheets, bale wrap, netwrap, baler twines, and stretch films—to Agricultural Co-Operative Supply Companies, Independent Agricultural Merchants, and Agricultural Machinery Dealers. • Develop and grow sales across the UK with merchants, cooperatives, and machinery dealers. • Provide on-farm support and technical advice to farm contractors and farmers using baling and wrapping products. • Train merchants, dealers, and end-users on the features, benefits, and application of EPICROP crop packaging solutions. • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to maintain a competitive edge.
• Agricultural Knowledge: Strong understanding of forage production, baling, and ruminant farming. • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to engage and negotiate with procurement teams, business owners, and farm contractors. • Technical Expertise: Experience with baling systems, silage wrapping, and crop packaging products (training provided if transitioning from a farm background). • Operational Collaboration: Experience working with customer service, supply chain, and finance teams to manage stock, orders, and credit control. • Self-Motivated & Target-Driven: Ability to work independently, manage your territory, and drive business growth. • Strong Communication Skills: Capable of building trust and long-term relationships with merchants, dealers, and end-users. • Flexibility to Travel: Must be willing to travel nationally across the UK and occasionally overseas for factory visits and technical support. • Full UK Driving License.
