Description

β€’ Everyday Health Group seeks a Customer Success Specialist to support physician and hospital sales. β€’ The role involves cross selling and upselling to doctors and healthcare professionals. β€’ Responsibilities include managing accounts, secure renewals, and onboarding new accounts. β€’ Collaborate with departments for optimized team performance and operations.

Requirements

β€’ 1-3 years of sales account management experience, ideally with previous exposure to the healthcare industry and/or healthcare providers β€’ Ability to organize and maintain multiple tasks & accounts at once β€’ Provide outstanding customer service β€’ Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment β€’ Excellent written and verbal skills β€’ Experience with sales teams, sales partners, or b2b customers β€’ Bachelor's degree β€’ Experience with Salesforce is preferred β€’ Experience with PowerPoint, Excel & email marketing platforms is preferred
