• Bachelor’s Degree • 7+ years of experience in digital media sales, business development, or healthcare solutions • Proven track record of driving revenue and managing client relationships • Experience leading sales strategy and delivering significant revenue growth in a fast-paced environment • Strong understanding of clinical trial recruitment processes and the digital tools that support patient recruitment • Strong understanding of the digital media business, including ad products, pricing models (e.g., CPM, CPA) • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills • Strategic thinker with the ability to craft and implement effective go-to-market strategies • Strong presentation and communication skills • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
