• Manage ongoing relationships and communication with existing software integrations partners • Establish and shape the goals of Zillow’s relationships with various industry partners • Manage the lifecycle of existing integration & partnership agreements • Identify and evaluate potential software integrations and partnerships • Represent Zillow Rentals at industry events & conferences • Stay informed about Rentals industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape • Provide ongoing training/support to internal Rentals teams on integrations and key partnerships
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred • 7+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field within the real estate or technology industry • Proven track record of successfully building and maintaining strategic partnerships • Understanding of partnership marketing and experience structuring win-win partnerships • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results • Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to achieve favorable outcomes • Strong communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence & engage stakeholders at all levels • Experience representing companies at industry events and building a strong industry presence • High-level understanding of API’s and technical integrations • Passion for the real estate industry and a commitment to Zillow Group’s mission and values
