β€’ Responsible for meeting or exceeding company sales and profits through effective management of capital and disposable sales processes β€’ Create and manage business plans in hospitals and target accounts β€’ Build business relationships with key stakeholders across the hospital and IDN system β€’ Generate sales of the complete SS02 Therapy System β€’ Actively assist in planning and participation for events β€’ Coordinate and plan participation in customer-specific events β€’ Develop and execute tactical business plans β€’ Accountable for staying within approved spending budgets β€’ Create the opportunity for crossover selling across ZOLL market segments β€’ Work as a team member to demonstrate and share best practices β€’ Comply with all policies and standards

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's Degree required β€’ Master's Degree preferred β€’ 10+ years of successful selling experience into the US healthcare markets; or equivalent combination of education and experience in Sales required β€’ Extensive experience in selling into complex hospital systems and Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) hospitals β€’ Experience in emerging medical technology preferred β€’ C-suite executive presence and capabilities β€’ Experience in C-suite relationship building and partnership β€’ Proven ability to build strong, lasting relationships in organizations (internal and external) β€’ Track record of successful collaboration with marketing for product launches and improvement strategies β€’ Demonstrated success selling systems, concepts and solutions at the administrative levels of a healthcare organization β€’ Experience in communicating value benefits associated with hospital decision making β€’ Advanced computer skills β€’ Organization and Time Management skills
