Description

• Responsible for meeting or exceeding company sales and profits through effective management of capital and disposable sales processes • Create and manage business plans in hospitals and target accounts • Build business relationships with key stakeholders across the hospital and IDN system • Generate sales of the complete SS02 Therapy System • Actively assist in planning and participation for events • Coordinate and plan participation in customer-specific events • Develop and execute tactical business plans • Accountable for staying within approved spending budgets • Create the opportunity for crossover selling across ZOLL market segments • Work as a team member to demonstrate and share best practices • Comply with all policies and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • Master's Degree preferred • 10+ years of successful selling experience into the US healthcare markets; or equivalent combination of education and experience in Sales required • Extensive experience in selling into complex hospital systems and Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) hospitals • Experience in emerging medical technology preferred • C-suite executive presence and capabilities • Experience in C-suite relationship building and partnership • Proven ability to build strong, lasting relationships in organizations (internal and external) • Track record of successful collaboration with marketing for product launches and improvement strategies • Demonstrated success selling systems, concepts and solutions at the administrative levels of a healthcare organization • Experience in communicating value benefits associated with hospital decision making • Advanced computer skills • Organization and Time Management skills
