β’ 4+ years of business development experience, with at least 2 years spent in the dental industry (preferably within SaaS, healthcare IT, or revenue cycle management). β’ Proven track record in building and managing high-impact strategic partnerships, particularly with practice management systems, other SaaS providers, and payers. β’ Strong understanding of dental practice workflows, revenue cycle management, and industry-specific software platforms. β’ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders. β’ Strategic thinker with the ability to see both the big picture and the detailed execution steps. β’ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with a focus on achieving growth targets. β’ Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adept at managing multiple partnerships simultaneously.
β’ Zuub believes everyone should be compensated fairly and equitably. β’ The annual base salary range for this role is $80,000-85,000 with an uncapped commission structure. β’ We estimate the annual commission will be between $10,000 - $40,000 but it is uncapped! β’ Our team works 100% remotely with optional opportunities to meet in person throughout the year. β’ As a key new hire you will be part of the stock options pool.
