Requirements

• Minimum of 6+ years experience in software engineering and 3+ years managing software engineers. • Technical degree or equivalent software engineering work experience. • Experience shipping consumer-facing mobile applications and/or the backend services that power them. • Experience with Agile/Scrum processes and ability to advocate for process improvements. • Enjoy working in a mission-driven start-up environment with an ability to handle ambiguity, • Strong communication, project management, and delegation skills. Able to drive cross-functional projects from inception to product launch. • Strong people management skills. You proudly recognize achievements and successes and also do not hesitate to provide constructive feedback. You are also open to feedback and have a growth mindset. • Able to maintain a good work-life balance both for yourself and your team. You understand the significance of promoting well-being, managing workload, and creating an environment that supports a healthy balance between work responsibilities and personal life.
