• Communication (& Language): You have excellent written and spoken communication skills with the ability to engage and develop relationships, sharing information effectively across all professional levels. • Experience: You have one or more years of experience in sales pipeline generation, with a proven track record in both inbound and outbound sales. • Results-Oriented: You are motivated, driven, and focused on achieving and exceeding targets. You demonstrate discipline and a results-oriented spirit in all your efforts. • Teamwork & Collaboration: You value teamwork and actively engage in knowledge sharing and celebrating team successes. • Growth Mindset: You embrace feedback, continuously seeking learning opportunities, and are committed to growing within the Sales organisation. • Curiosity & Adaptability: You are naturally curious, quick to adapt, and thrive in a dynamic environment. • Tech-Savvy: You are proficient with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or related tools, and eager to learn new technologies. • Organisation & Time Management: You have strong organisation and time management skills, enabling you to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
