• Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key technology partners and solution providers within the ecosystem. • Identify new partnership opportunities and work with internal stakeholders to drive integration and value creation. • Work closely with the Senior Director of Business Development and Alliances to execute on the partner ecosystem strategy. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to define and implement joint go-to-market strategies with ecosystem partners. • Provide enablement and support to internal teams on partner-driven initiatives. • Drive measurable revenue growth through strategic partnerships by identifying new market opportunities and accelerating co-selling initiatives. • Participate in negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms that align with the company’s business goals. • Stay up to date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships. • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • 3-5 years of experience in business development, partner management, or alliances, preferably within the technology sector. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, report, and optimize partnership performance.
