β€’ Development of markets and customers, achieving sales targets, providing customer service and key account management activities. β€’ Lead and initiate projects or work as part of a project team as required, demonstrate excellent business acumen and strive to meet and exceed agreed financial and strategic objectives. β€’ Implement national strategies for new and existing products and services (mapping out and building stakeholder relationships). β€’ Build strong relationships with all stakeholders in key accounts. β€’ Participating in all sales and marketing meetings. β€’ Understanding sales strategies and transferring the UK marketing campaigns to a regional level. β€’ Ability to articulate issues and business opportunities with relevant customers to secure long term strategic business opportunities. β€’ Maintain and communicate on a regular basis a view of the strategic landscape within your Region to Commercial and Marketing Teams.

Requirements

β€’ Excellent track record in sales with strong business acumen and analytical skills. β€’ Strong industry experience in medical devices or a diagnostics background. β€’ Familiarity with diagnostic industry practices preferable. β€’ Thorough knowledge of UK healthcare industry and NHS. β€’ Fluent in building / constructing compelling business cases. β€’ Informal coaching and leadership of stakeholders. β€’ IT – MS Word, Excel (intermediate), PowerPoint, CRM system(s) Salesforce and Power BI.
