Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or advanced certification is a plus. • 8+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or event processing, with at least 4 years in a leadership or management role. • Strong experience in designing and managing real-time event data processing systems and architectures. • Expertise in data analytics, visualization, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, R). • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and event streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis). • Deep knowledge of machine learning, predictive analytics, and statistical modeling techniques. • Proven ability to manage complex data projects, deliver results under pressure, and collaborate with diverse teams.
