Description

• In this role, you will report to the Head of Legal, and your mission will be to protect the business by identifying, mitigating, and eliminating patterns of fraud. • Ability to own the Loss Prevention function, managing personnel, and providing data-driven analysis to management and internal stakeholders. • Can independently conduct investigations and provide feedback that is actionable. • Works as a true business partner- collaborating with Legal, Operations, Engineering, Data Analytics, and other departments to understand underlying business processes. • Provides sound guidance to business stakeholders to help proactively address identified areas of shrink or fraud concerns. • Ability to develop relationships and points of contact with wireless carriers, retail partners, and external Asset Protection teams. • Conducts and manages both internal and external investigations from conception to completion. • Can provide policy guidance and support for physical security at the company’s facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, forensic accounting, information security, or related field. • At least seven years of experience conducting investigations and managing a loss prevention or similar program. • Strong working knowledge of proper investigative methods, management of investigative services, and physical security issues strongly preferred. • Experience working in the wireless industry or financial services a plus.
