• BA/BS degree or equivalent. 5-7 years of experience as a localization sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director within the Localization Industry. • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. • Proven ability to position products against competitors. • Demonstrable experience in net new sales, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions. • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. • Customer centric selling an advantage. • Experience in creating and selling solutions (i.e. Digital Marketing Solutions, Global Content Management, and Technical Connector Solutions). • Advanced knowledge of all aspects of the localization process, including extensive knowledge of translation and workflow tools. • Ability to travel up to 50%.
