Description
• Advise and assist clients with coverage options/exclusions • Handle premium collections and client service requests • Review aged receivables and send cancellation notices • Initiate renewal reviews and remarket as appropriate • Maintain client accounts on automation system • Respond to carrier requests in a timely manner
Requirements
• High School diploma • 220 license • Minimum 5 years Commercial Lines experience • Expertise with Construction Industry clientele in Florida • Excellent computer skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (2007 or above) • Strong typing skills • Effective communication and organizational skills • Ability to learn agency automation system and internet programs
