β€’ The Field Account Manager serves as the representative and ambassador of Solera/AutoPoint to Dealership Partners and Corporate Ownership Groups. β€’ Uphold and enhance relationships with existing group and dealership clients by enhancing operational efficiency. β€’ Manage client relationships from the initial enrollment phase throughout the customer lifecycle. β€’ Oversee account maintenance, product integration, and fostering revenue growth for designated accounts. β€’ Cultivate strong advocacy among clients, contributing to the expansion of Solera's Key Account client base.

Requirements

β€’ Knowledge of sales processes and tools, including account planning and key selling techniques. β€’ Experience with Dealership Management System software like CDK, R&R, etc. β€’ Ability to forge relationships with key decision-makers both internally and externally. β€’ Capacity to identify, quantify, and diplomatically resolve customer objections, problems, and needs. β€’ Skill in presenting solutions that align with client needs and closing sales. β€’ Proficiency in developing strategies, action plans, and metrics for monitoring results. β€’ Capability to create business development plans and effectively communicate ideas. β€’ Aptitude for presentations in front of groups and conveying processes and training effectively. β€’ Ability to listen actively and act appropriately on provided information. β€’ Strong multitasking, prioritization, organization, and project coordination skills to meet simultaneous deadlines. β€’ Capability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage constant deadline pressure. β€’ Effectiveness in both team-oriented and fast-paced organizational settings. β€’ Proficiency in using various computer programs/systems for tracking results (Salesforce.com, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Email, Internet, etc.).
