Description

β€’ Manage a territory of The Home Depot accounts as a Retail Territory Manager. β€’ Analyze metrics in SalesForce, Power BI, and ShowPad to strategically map out customer routing schedule. β€’ Drive top line sales through strategic initiative planning and store POS analytics. β€’ Influence Key Decision Makers on store level placement of national promotions. β€’ Work closely with the Sales Operations team to ensure proper inventory for promotional activities. β€’ Partner with retail service partners to drive servicing accountability and corrective actions.

Requirements

β€’ 3-5 years of Retail Sales Experience in Consumer Goods Industry. β€’ Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends (8-10 annually). β€’ The ability to lift up to 50lbs. β€’ Some additional physical labor will be required including climbing ladders and being on your feet for several hours a day. β€’ Ability to analyze Power BI and SalesForce data to develop strategic growth plans to improve financial performance. β€’ Goal-oriented and highly driven to provide results that grow, develop, and drive strong quarterly and annual sales results within a specific region or market. β€’ Possess an understanding and knowledge of IT Business systems (BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce) and Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
